KB856129 | HOW TO:  How to Fix Sound in Device Settings

 

There might be a time where the sound won’t pick up from your computer while connected to HDMI. We have some simple steps that will help you fix that problem. 

 

1.       Hit the Windows key and type in “Sound”.

2.      Click on Sound and you will get a prompt like so.

3. Right click on the sound icon that you would like to display the sound from and set it as default.      

4. Then click ok and the settings will have changed for the sound.
