If you ever encounter a WiFi issue on the Chromebooks, reboot the machine. 

1) Hold the power button down for 10 seconds and power on.
Or 
2) Click the user icon on the bottom right corner of the screen and click
restart


If the issue reoccurs, please submit a ticket.
