KB856195 | HOW TO: Troubleshoot WiFi on Smartboard

  

There can be some times where your Smartboard loses Wireless Internet connectivity. This KB will help you connect to the WiFi.

Step 1: Please click on the Menu icon, located above your eraser. 

Step 2: Click on the Settings icon.

Step 3: You will see the WiFi toggle at the top, left side of the screen. (Please turn off the WiFi, then turn it back on)

Step 4: Click the Status icon to ensure the WiFi is connected to "CS Teachers"
