KB856199 | HOW TO: Restart your computer





 


There are three simple ways of restarting your computer.

Most of the time a simple restart of your computer will fix most of the issues.

1.    First way to restart

a.    Hit the windows key

b.    Hover over you user logo     

c.    Click on the user logo and select restart

2.    Second way to restart your computer

a.    Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete all at the same time

b.    You’ll get a prompt and you’ll see a power button on the bottom right corner

c.    Click on it and select restart.

3.    Third way to restart your computer

a.    On the side of the computer hold the power button for 10 seconds until the computer shuts off

b.    Then press the same button to turn on the computer
