KB856203 | HOW TO: Install BIGClient


This application will give you access to impact use the Big Client application.

1.       Hit the Windows key. 

a.       In the search bar type This PC

b.       Hit Enter


1.       Double click on your Local Disk (C:)

a.       Once the Local Disk has taken you to a page of folders, the user will have to create a new empty folder.

b.       Right Click à New Folder

c.       Rename the folder to Temp


1.       Installing Big Client

a.       Click this link to download the Big Client File

b.       Go to your download folder and look for the Big client application.

c.       Double click the app to run it.

d.       It will run and ask the user to accept the requirements. Say yes or click next.

e.       Your computer will restart so make sure to save all your files.

f.        The app will be loaded in the Temp folder.

g.       Open the Temp folder and run this program 

h.       Follow the quick steps to fully install the Big Client

i.         The app will be installed on your computer.

Hit the Windows key and type Big Client and the app will look like this:
