              Within this process you will be able to create a ticket using our new helpdesk application.

 

How to get to helpdesk

o   Visit www.help.catalystschools.org

o   Sign in with Catalyst Credentials

§  EX: JDoe@catalystschools.org




Once you’ve logged in you’ll be able to do the following:

·       Go through the Knowledge Base for a quick solution

·       Submit a Ticket

·       Search for help in the search bar




When submitting the ticket make sure to complete the following from so the Tech is able to further assist you.
